Is Tiny Desk AI free?
You can watch the examples for free. Creating your own band performance requires a one-time video pack. There is no subscription.
How many videos does a pack include?
Each card shows the number of 19-second videos at its named quality. Your balance can be used for either Standard or HD; the creator shows the credit requirement before submission.
What is the difference between Standard and HD?
Standard requests native 480p; HD requests native 720p. Both are 19-second, vertical MP4 videos with one to five uploaded portraits and a choice of soundtrack or silent export.
Does uploading more band members cost extra?
The same quality uses the same balance with one to five photos. The lead singer is required; other roles use the prepared supporting cast until you add their portraits.
Do I need to sign in before buying?
You can purchase with your email without signing in first. We send a finished-video link and purchase access link to that address. Google and email sign-in are available to return to your videos.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits do not expire. Packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charge.
What happens if generation fails?
Site credits are deducted only after successful completion. Confirmed failed requests use no site credits.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs may qualify under our Refund Policy. Contact support with your purchase email and order number. Stripe processes payments on behalf of Mizhi Smart.
